Victoria Smith


Victoria has over 20 years of experience in marketing and business development across industries such as non-profit, financial services, telecom, and technology. Victoria is a distinguished global marketing executive with a robust background in driving growth and technological innovation through digital and multi-channel marketing.

When away from work, you’ll find Vickie at the yoga studio, playing guitar, hiking with her dog Leroy Brown, studying history and psychology, and enjoying time with friends and family. Vickie is an accomplished music recording artist and an avid world traveller.

Mike is the founder of Corey Search Partners, where he has placed thousands of C-Suite executives over the past 50 years, supporting the growth of companies such as TPF&C, Marsh, Colonial Penn, AXA/Equitable, Lincoln National, M Financial Group, Bain Capital, and innumerable more. He is actively involved in helping military veterans and spouses fulfill their life’s dreams through education. Mike has also served on numerous University, Non-for-profit and for-profit boards.

Mike’s ethos is always to help others wherever he can, not because he expects a favour in return, but because we get to where we are going faster -and with more fullfillment- if we do it together.

Mike spends his time between Chicago and South Carolina and is actively involved with charities helping veterans and aspiring actuarial students.

Michael Corey


Tip Cronin


Tip has 34 years’ experience in the Life Insurance profession, retiring as a Sr. Executive officer at Provident Mutual. He was also a Founding partner and COO of eMoney Advisor, which is now owned by Fidelity Investments. Tip also spent 16 years heading up fund raising for The American College of Financial Services.

Tip’s passion is mentoring several aspiring young junior executives and playing golf when time permits.

Tip lives in Berwyn, Pa. and supports several non-profits, including volunteer work for his local church.

Serving 27 years on active duty in assignments all over the U.S, the Asia Pacific, and Europe, Ted gained extensive experience in logistics, customer service, and financial management.  Ted was an Executive Director for 8 years, leading a non-profit organization facilitating careers in the financial services profession for veterans and spouses.

Ted’s approach to finding value for organizations is rooted in his leadership, mentoring, and teamworking background.

Ted lives in Hampton Roads, Virginia and currently serves on the Board of the U.S. Naval Academy HR Chapter and is the Vice Chair of the Navy Supply Corps Foundation.

Ted Digges


Jack Hondros


Jack has over 35 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry starting his 19 year career with Prudential Financial as a successful Agent and then served in Leadership positions at both the Agency and Corporate levels.

Jack then joined the American College of Financial Services as Chief Marketing Officer, where he was responsible for the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service of The Colleges Educational Programs the within the United States and Internationally.

Jack excels at “hearing” his customers and making sure that the “Right Solutions” are delivered to produce optimal results for the client. He  resides in the Cape May NJ area and spends the winter months in the Florida Keys.

Ron has 45 years’ leadership experience in financial services serving as Managing Director at both Mutual of NewYork and MetLife. He sat on the board of the American College for 20 years, and was head of the investment committee for 5 years.

Ron is also a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and a member of the prestigious Top of the Table (TOT).

Ron lives in Rhode Island, where he has been active in the non profit sector serving as President of the Children’s Home of Pittsburgh, a Trustee of Sewickley Academy, and a Trustee of Sewickley Valley Hospital.

Allen Thomas


Allen has 39 years’ experience in the fields of charitable giving and non-profit operations, including Vice President roles at Devereux Advanced Behavioural Health and The American College of Financial Services. He is a nationally recognized consultant and speaker on philanthropic best practices.

Allen’s focus is serving the not-for-profit community in unique ways to help raise philanthropic funds for charitable organizations.

Allen lives in Williamsburg, Virginia where he continues his advisory work for numerous charities across the nation.
